IMPORTANCE OF LESSON PLAN TO EDUCATORS

      Lesson plan has a vital role in a teaching-learning process. It is important to make the teaching and learning  process successful and effective. A lesson plan is a well-structured plan that serves as the guide of every teacher to effectively manage the classroom and to assist the students needs. It helps the teachers to stay focused on their goals in teaching their students.

     Lesson planning is an integral part of instruction. I see that lesson planning plays a big role in my growth as an educator. Making lesson plan will help me to assess in delivering my topic, to make it more effective and smooth.   It serves as my guide to not to loss track while discussing. Lesson planning is a practice that eventually will allow me to professionally create instructional activities which are appealing and of merit for the fulfillment of educational standards, thus inspiring my students to lifelong learning.
